The Anderson Piano Academy is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, dedicated piano teacher to join our innovative and supportive teaching team.

About You:
You are a kind, patient, and inspiring teacher who loves working with students of all ages and backgrounds. You’re committed to nurturing musical growth while creating a positive and engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach individualized piano lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels

  • Create lesson plans that promote progress and spark enthusiasm

  • Prepare students for recitals and performance opportunities

  • Offer consistent, constructive feedback to support student growth

  • Communicate clearly with students and families about goals and development

  • Maintain a welcoming and motivating studio environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music or Music Education—or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience teaching piano in private or group settings

  • Fluency in a variety of musical styles (classical, contemporary, jazz, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine love for teaching music and working with children

  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth

Compensation:
Starting pay is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
